What I love about these baked oats, made by the amazing Aly Barr of Aly's Oats is that they are healthy, gluten free and packed with protein and fiber. 

  

 

These gluten-free Lemon Poppyseed Baked Oats are made with Pinole Chia Oatmeal, poppyseeds, sweetened with banana and topped with a delicious glaze made with dairy free cream cheese and coconut nectar.
