Matcha Cheesecake Baked Oats
Made with our Original Pinole Chia Oatmeal flavor, this Matcha Cheesecake Baked Oats is beyond good.
This recipe was brought to us by oat chef Aly Barr. She's always whipping up incredible baked oats dishes with Pinole Chia Oatmeal!
It's quick to prep and delicious! And our favorite part...it's naturally high in protein and fiber.

A serving of Pinole Chia Oatmeal has 10 grams of fiber for healthy digestion and 8-14 grams of protein (depending on flavor) for workout recovery. It's also vegan and gluten-free.
We Make Baked Oats 3x per week
We make baked oats a few times a week before the long days ahead. It's a fun way to start the morning with a cup of joe or tea.
You can make baked oats with a a loaf pan or a ramekin, it's super easy to put in the oven to cook while you're getting ready for the day.

Matcha Cheesecake Baked Oats
Aly is a huge fan of both matcha lattes and cheesecake so she decided to combine them to make this amazing baked oats!
Details:
Blend together-
1/3 cup @thepinoleproject original oatmeal
1/2 cup milk
1/2 ripe banana
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop vanilla/matcha flavored protein powder
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbls honey
Pinch of salt
In a separate bowl, mix together 2 tbls plain cream cheese with 1 tsp honey.
Pour 1/2 of oat mixture into a greased ramekin, put the cream cheese mixture in the center, and then top with the rest of the oat mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
